Star Tracking Telescope

The Star Tracking Telescope project is divided into two main teams: the Telescope Robotic Control Team and the Image Processing Team. I'm part of the Image Processing Team, where I work on developing software for processing the telescope's images.

We're using Swift to write custom algorithms that combine long-exposure images, stored as FITS files, to enhance image quality. By merging multiple exposures, we reduce noise and improve the clarity of the final picture, making it easier to identify celestial objects.
